We collect cocoa beans from small organic cocoa producer organizations with whom we have commercial relationships, to produce and export high-quality derivatives such as cocoa beans, cocoa nibs, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, and cocoa powder.
Our organic program consists of reaching producer groups in the region and promoting organic production without deforestation. We encourage the recovery of deforested and degraded soils, and we get involved from the formalization of associations to achieving certifications for their plots so they can market their products at differentiated prices.
To provide the highest quality food products to the national and international market, with grains produced in small organizations that seek to improve the quality of life of their families and their communities, respecting and preserving the environmental balance.
To promote and raise awareness of organic agriculture in our region, and at the same time generate better opportunities for our fellow producers in the surrounding communities.
To achieve a supply chain of high-quality, organic, and deforestation-free beans for the production of our cocoa derivatives, and to have a fair price that is profitable and sustainable for our raw material suppliers, and so that our customers and end consumers have a high-quality product of good origin.
